As a premium service you can be assured that your devices are directly delivered from A to B with no sorting offices, no handling and no packaging required. It's a little like asking a friend to take it for you.
You get a named courier who will call and work out a time that suits you. No 4 hour slots, this is timed to the nearest 15 minutes and they call you if they run late both ways.
