2. Multiple Repair Attempts

  • Three Repair Attempts: If we are unable to successfully repair your device after three attempts, we will issue a full refund for the repair service fees you have paid. Each attempt is defined as a reasonable effort by our technicians to diagnose and fix the problem.

3. Beyond Economical Repair (BER)

  • Refund for BER: If at any point during the repair process, our technicians determine that your system is beyond economical repair (BER), meaning the cost of repair would exceed the device's value, we may choose to offer you a refund. This decision will be communicated to you promptly, and the refund will be processed for any service fees paid.

4. Conditions for Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to the fees paid for the specific repair service in question. Refunds do not cover any additional parts or accessories purchased.
  • Original Receipt: To process a refund, you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return of Device: The device must be returned to our shop for inspection before any refund is issued.

5. Exclusions

  • Damage Due to User Negligence: Refunds are not available for issues arising from user negligence, mishandling, or any modifications made to the device after the repair.
  • Software Issues: Refunds do not cover software issues, viruses, or any data recovery services.

6. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
